Give Thanks for Cranberries!

This Thanksgiving, make sure to save room for the cranberry dish on your plate! They pack a punch when it comes to your health. Recent research is finding evidence that cranberries may help reduce the risk of gum disease, ulcers, heart disease, and cancer in addition to preventing urinary tract infections.

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS
