A Vacation to Dance For!

Well here is yet another opportunity to have fun, learn, and meet great people while getting into shape or staying in shape (see below).

If you have not tried African Dance then you have no idea what you are missing! African dance is so beautiful, fun and will work your body. Each dance has a purpose and usually a song to sing with it. Many dances are spiritual or celebrate coming of age or a wedding and so forth. Not only will your body feel good but so will your spirit.

We are hosting a dance camp up state New York, July 22-29, 2007 at the Hudson Valley Resort and Spa and we need at least 100 people to make it happen.
