A free of charge YOGALAFF workshop will be held every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. @ Soimex, 1430 Broadway, #1107, NY 10018. This demonstrates the concept of “laughteryoga” – a series of yogic exercises designed to induce laughter without any reason, and is conducted by VISHWA PRAKASH.

Laughteryoga was developed in India by Dr. Kataria and is today practiced in over 5,100 laughter clubs all over the world. Gently thru’ breathing and yogic exercises, we reach your heart with playful laughter exercises and soon reach a crescendo of excited belly laughter. No tricks, no tickling, no alcohol and no jokes.
