Fun with Exercise


Guess what? More opportunities for summer exercise! Outdoor activities with groups of fellow New Yorkers are so much more fun than the treadmill at the gym, so check out the list below for ways to stay in shape without being isolated.




Activities listed include running, kayaking, volleyball, backpacking, mountainbiking, rowing, flyfishing, rollerskating, and swimming!

It's always good to have fun in life and when we add that to exercise then it increases our interest too!
