New Multiple Sclerosis Findings

Over the years, I have helped patients manage their symptoms resulting from multiple sclerosis. This disease with no cure creates extremely varied symptoms that can be mild to debilitatingly intense. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are very successful at lessening the intensity of varied signs and symptoms, increasing the time between attacks of MS, and allowing for a better quality of life. Now, researchers have identified two genetic markers that increase a person's risk of developing multiple sclerosis. This is a wonderful breakthrough that offers hope in eventually better understanding a disease that has been so mysterious over the years.
