New York City Community Health Profiles

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene updated the New York City Community Health Profiles to capture the health of 42 New York City neighborhoods in 2006. These comprehensive reports provide detailed information on significant health issues and serve as a critical resource for improving health, community by community. Check it out online here! The interactive maps that display differences in health topics are interesting and fun. You can also plug in your zip code, too. Hopefully the Department of Health will continue to expand this feature to include more health topics. Enjoy!
