Are you dealing with stress, chronic illness or pain? This 8-week course includes instruction in mindfulness meditation practice, gentle stretching and yoga, group dialogue and inquiry, and provides daily practice support materials. Modeled after the renowned program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts more than 25 years ago, MBSR can bring you lasting changes in physical and psychological symptoms, greater energy, improved self-esteem, and increased ability to cope with pain and stress. Attendance at one of the orientation sessions is required for anyone registering for the course.
