This guy takes "locavore" to a whole new level.

He's got an entire mini-farm in Brooklyn. Rabbits and all. He kicked it WAY old school back to the day when most of Brooklyn was farmland, but it was not without its difficulties. Guess that Farm Aid in NYC is not falling on deaf ears.

The Wheatpacking District

I am happy to be a health care professional in Union Square a.k.a. the "Wheatpacking District." According to the recent New York Times article, the area is the new NYC hotbed for the health conscious and eco-friendly, green living.
