Effective May 1, 2009

 

 

As of May 1, 2009 the business structure of AACH will change. Except for Juliette Aiyana, practitioners will no longer work under the umbrella of AACH. This is a good change with many benefits.

 

Jessica Silver and Sharon Wyse will rent space here and take care of their own business such as appointment setting and collecting fees, etc.

 

Michael Pingicer is moving to a different location in Manhattan. You can see him there, or continue treatments here with Juliette Aiyana.

 

Juliette Aiyana’s contact information remains the same. Her schedule will be extended to 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She will not have a receptionist working on the other days but she will check messages and make call backs frequently. Or e-mail her to schedule appointments at amazinghealing@gmail.com .

 

How this affects patients.

(The following does not apply to Juliette’s patients).

 

1. Patients will contact the practitioner directly to make appointments.

2. Slight schedule changes. Your practitioner might have different hours. Please talk to them about their schedule.
3. You will pay your practitioner directly.
4. Oxford fully covered patients will not be covered with their former practitioner because they are not providers for Oxford. Juliette Aiyana is a provider so you can continue treatment with her (unless you want to pay out-of-pocket to stay with your former provider).
5. New packages will not be initiated (except for Juliette’s patients) however if you have bought a package in the past, we will work with you on payments. Please talk to Daisy or Jessica about how we can work this out for you.
