There's been a lot of interest in the Jamaica retreat and for that I'm thrilled, and due to the interest AND people wanting to go and asking for something off, we've negotiated 100.00 off the double occupancy prices and 200.00 off the single occupancy. So if you're getting this email, you've asked about the retreat, or I need you to spread the word, or I just want you there!

And remember this yoga retreat, in true yogic tradition gives back. We partner with the Walkerswood Community Development Project's pre-school - the main one in the parrish Bromley is located in. We will bring needed donations of school supplies and volunteer time reading to, playing with, and even teaching a little yoga to the kids! And just a couple of hours during your week - you feel so good. (And regarding school supplies -- $10.00 spent at Kmart or Duane Reade on pads, books, crayons, etc. blows these kids' minds! They truly need.)
